Future Research Plan

I plan to start another research relating to diversity, training, and talent management in the context of international schools. These types of schools have a significant multicultural environment, as teachers, managers, staff, and students are from foreign countries worldwide. When I worked in an international school during my undergraduate study, I found that a critical challenge for an international school is that its teachers and managers have a high turnover rate. The characteristic of teacher mobility in international schools has intrigued me to examine possible reasons and solutions. I will conduct the research from two perspectives: dimensions of diversity, and training and interventions for global talent management.
